Impressive professional history

Larry is a multifaceted professional in the entertainment industry, with a career spanning singing, television hosting, and cultural consulting. Born in Beijing, Larry began his musical journey in 1991 under the tutelage of renowned Hong Kong vocal teacher Tai Si Chung. He gained recognition as a finalist in the 12th Annual New Talent Singing Awards in Hong Kong. In 1995, Larry signed with Da Zang Records in Beijing, releasing two successful Mandarin singles, “Fade Away” and “Heartbeat.”

After pausing his singing career in 2000, Larry pursued a degree in Media and Communication at Macquarie University in Sydney. Post-graduation, he returned to Hong Kong, where he became a prominent TV host on CETV and East Asia Satellite Television Limited, leading various lifestyle, travelogue, and music programs.

In 2007, Larry relocated to Sydney and has since been a key figure in the Chinese entertainment scene as a Master of Ceremonies (MC) and a popular vocalist. In 2021, he founded “悠” Cultural Entertainment Company, providing diverse cultural and entertainment consulting services to both mainstream and Chinese communities in Sydney.
